Roman Glass Pendant – SOLD 1.51″

This necklace contains a piece of a Roman glass which is over 1,700 years old. Glass from this era is one of the earliest examples of glassblowing known in human history, and was a popular way to create jewelry, containers, and art work in the Roman empire.

The fragment measures 1.51″ and was recovered from the Black Sea. This particular piece has a sterling silver prong backing and an 18″ chain.
